Broken casement

Window was cranked open to max and then when tried to close the handle came out the the casing. The inside is stripped so it looks like I need a new unit. Only marking on it is Somco.

Thank you for sharing your photo with us. Start with taking a closer look at our 39-083 dual arm crank. If your measurements don't match up with this one, get back to us with your measurements, and we will continue to search for other replacement options.
