Broken casement operator

Hello! I have a broken casement window operator, but I'm not exactly sure which part is needed. I know it's an Andersen window though. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me what I need to fix it.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo with the window open so that the arms that operate the window sash are fully visible. Thank you!

Thanks for your response! I've attached another photo. It seems as though the gear responsible for closing the window is missing. I appreciate your help

Take a look at our 39-146 and 39-147 Andersen operators and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
