I need to order a 3 sash locks for one of your casement windows. I am a contractor, and have your windows in my own home. It was easy to figure out the issue with your video that was on line.

Take a look at the multi-point locks for casement windows related on this page. The hole spacing and projection of the locking fork are especially important factors. Let us know if you have any other questions, and thanks for posting!
