Broken channel balance

A home owner from Duluth, Minnesota says:
It's from a Nuprime window and has the number 1820 on it. The metal portion is 18.5" long.

Thanks for posting, if the balance is indeed 18-1/2" long, not including the fittings, we can replace this for you, but it will have to be custom made due to its unique length. Can you just confirm for me the depth of the bottom nylon shoe? This can also be thought of as the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. It might match our 15-001 shoe, which has a 1-1/8" depth our our 15-002 1" deep shoe. Let me know which is closest, and we'll look into writing up a quote for you. Many thanks.
