Broken channel balance
Hey there,
The shoe on your balance appears to have an unusual shape. Is it damaged in any way? May I see a photo a clearer photo of it from the open side of the channel?
Since your balances do not have a stamp on them, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash to confirm your exact replacement.

Yes, these work! Thanks for the additional photos. It looks like the back of the shoe was broken off when the balance got damaged. That said, I believe you can use the S395-28 which has a 1-1/8" shoe depth.
You can select either the 2750 (supports 26 to 30lbs) or the 2760 (supports to 33lbs). The stamp you choose will depend on if you've rounded up or down; if the exact weight was 30lbs, I suggest using the first stamp option.
