Broken channel balance assistance needed

Hello,

The cord in my channel balance recently broke and I saw you had some options that fit. And while I can tell I have a 9/16" balance that is 28" long I cannot tell if which Series would be appropriate.

I also want to replace the top sash guides as my current balances tend to 'jump' out and go past the window. Can you also confirm the appropriate replacement is your 5/8" top sash guide (18-009)?
