I purchased 4 channel balances from swisco last June. I writing because 3 have broken. Swisco sent a replacement for first channel balance that malfunctioned last year but that channel balance has also broken. When I install the balances there appears to be an enormous amount of tension which leads be to believe that the incorrect channel balance was recommended. Please advise.
