Broken coil

Good afternoon, I have been looking all over for replacement coil assembly but have not been able to find an exact match. Do you happen to know or have a replacement available for this? I can provide dimensions if needed. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The 15-180 pivot shoe looks like a modern version of what you have here. This is used with the S190 coil springs. I recommend you look at the band of the old springs to see if there's a stamped number.

If there aren't any, you will need to weigh the window sash and divide the weight by the number of springs in the window.
