Broken coil.

Thanks for reaching out! You'll need the 15-180 Coil Balance to replace the shoe in this assembly. I am confident this is the correct replacement but be sure to double check the dimensions.

It is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance, which uses the 33-073 screw to attach it to the shoe. Take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to select the correct coil for the assembly.

You may also need the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip and 15-182 Balance Bushing to anchor the coil to the window track.
