Broken coil assemblies need replacements

Question

The hardware pictured above needs to be replaced from both sides of the same window. The only identifying markings I can see is that the coil has a "7" on it and the two plastic pieces have a "G" on one side and a "A" on the other. The sash itself appears to be approx 23" tall. It's a standard vinyl window, but I have no idea what the brand is or when it was purchased.

Thanks for posting. See the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, 15-181 Double Clip and 15-182 Bushing. This hardware uses Series 190 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
