Hey Doug. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 180 Coil Balances sold separately. If the sash weighs 16 pounds, use the S180-06 6 pound springs, one on each side of the sash. This equals 16 pounds of total support. Let us know if you have further questions.
