Broken coil balance shoe

Question

I have two BiltBest windows with broken coil balance shoes that need to be replaced. The spring on the side has the number 6 or 9 on one side and the number 5 on the other.

Take a look and compare an undamaged version of your hardware to the 15-180 pivot shoe, which uses the S190 coil spring, as well as the related items on the pivot shoe product page to yours. Thank you!
