Broken coil balance system

A home owner from Maryland says:
I was cleaning my window and (as I've learned later), probably didn't lift my window enough and think I've broken this part. I need to replace it but don't even know what to search. I also can't even get the window back in at this point so it's a bit urgent!

Hello there. Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with your window. Let's see if we can help you with this. Your balance system looks similar to our Series 180 system. I don't believe the springs inside the nylon cases are damaged. The problem may be the metal center cam in the bottom coil housing or your sash pivot bar could have broken in it. May we see a photo of your pivot bar? We want to try to make sure we can provide a solution for you.
