Broken coil balancer

Question

Need replacement parts for coil balancer. The plastic piece is3/4" wide and 3 1/4" tall. Window sash is 32" w X 27" t insulated glass. I think the window is Jeldwen aluminum. Maybe7-8 years old.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your coil balance housing looks similar to our 15-087 coil housing pivot. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to those shown below to determine if this is the correct replacement. I am confident these are the replacement you'll need.

The coil housing pivot is compatible with the Series 180 coil balance spring, which is being anchored in the window channel using the 16-031 Mounting Bracket. Since your housing is stamped with an 8, you'll need the S180-08 Coil Balance.
