I need replacement left and right coil spring cartridges. These measure approximately:
1-3/4"L x 5/8"W x 1/2"D
These are double hung insulated vinyl windows that are about 25yrs old. Thanks.

The shoe you have should be a match for the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. To confirm, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. Yours are anchored to the window track using the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip and 15-182 Coil Bushing.
