Broken coil balances on single-hung window

Could you help me figure out which part numbers I would need to replace the two coil balances on my single-hung bathroom window? The coil/tape apparently snapped on both sides (after 13 yrs). I also included info from the original order thru Armstrong, where VPI Synergy windows were ordered, if that helps. I'd also like to replace the pull out screen as well, if that's something you guys have, and can help me identify.
