Broken coil in window balance : SWISCO.com

The left window balance broke. The coil snapped and wound up as you can see. I need your advice on what to get to replace. It appears in my window the coil is directly screwed into the window. No housing for the coil.

Here are additional images of the parts that need replacing. The assembly looks fine but the coil snapped.For this window, the coil was screwed directly into the window.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your photo resembles the 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 180 Coil Balance springs. If yous is stamped with 6, see the S180-06.

We also offer the 15-086 tandem housing if needed, but it looks like you might only have one coil on each side. If so, you wouldn't need the extra housing. Review the specifications to confirm they match yours.
