See picture for description dimensions and weight of sash. No numbers but found warranty page in documentation. Not sure if that's the same window. I need a new coil spring assembly for the left side facing out. Please provide the right part number for the replacement.

Thank you kindly for waiting during this busy season, Terry. The pivot shoe appears to match our 15-180 which is designed to work with the Series 190 coil springs. If your sash weighs 20 pounds, you can use (2) S190-540 5 pound springs on each side of the window. This would total 20 pounds of overall support. You will also need the 15-181 double coil support clip with this setup. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and let us know if you have any questions.
