Broken coil spring - replacement

Question

The double Support Clip is identical to your part 15-181.
The pivot shoe is identical to 15-180
The coil has a 5 stamped in it.

The window is 42" X 30" and weighs 26 pounds.

Could you please suggest the correct spring.

Am I right that this a single spring for each side of the window?
There are two screw mounting points on the picot shoe.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I agree, our 15-180 shoe looks like a good match as does the 15-181. This is a double spring support so there would be two springs on each side of the window.

If the window weighs 26 pounds, you can use one S190-540 5-pound spring and one S190-840 8-pound spring for each side of the window. 13 pounds on each side of the window will total 26 pounds of overall support.
