Broken coil springs

Question

Believe this is from an Atrium window about 10 years old. Spring has a marking that is 7.5# 35". There are some other numbers that are difficult to make out. The window weighs about 15#. The holders appear to be in working order but both springs are broken and bent. Springs are 1/2" wide.
