Broken cord on window channel balance

The white cord broke on one of the channel balances on our window installed in 2006. Took a photo of the numbers on it and hoping you can tell me if a replacement is available. Thanks!

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this. The 86 stamp tells us your balance has a special calibration that can't be replaced by any of our stock balances, so this must be a custom order. Can you remove the balance from the window and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings? We'd also like you to confirm the depth of the bottom fitting. It should be 1" or 1.088", but let us know what you find and we can get the ball rolling.
