Broken crank, do I replace the whole assembly?

Home Owner from Massachusetts
Hi
I have a bay window that has a broken crank on the right side of the window. The pictures I attached are from the working side. I'm not sure what I need for parts to fix it. Do I need the entire crank + assembly?

Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Jeff

Hey, Jeff, thanks for posting. Yes, it looks like your gear is stripped out. There should be a bore where that empty hole is, and I bet you it's still attached to the handle. You can probably reuse the handle once you take the gear bore out, but you're going to have to replace the operator itself. Check out our 39-031 & 39-032 and see if one of these are a good match.
