Thanks for reaching out! If you are only looking to replace the cover, then our the 39-107 cover along with the 39-114L or the folding crank handle, part 39-205 . There is also the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and handle kit.

If you are looking to replace the entire crank operating mechanism, I will need to see photos of the entire operator to identify the correct replacement.
