I'm looking to fix or replace the window handles for my many windows that crank open sideways.

Thanks for reaching out! Your casement operator reminds me of our 39-175 Pella Sash Crank Operator. The opposite handed version is part 39-176 and the compatible crank handle is part 39-109B.
