Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but I'm not sure if we carry a match for your awning operator. To confirm, we'll need to see your assembly fully removed from the window so that the link arm is fully visible. We'll also need to see a clear view of the bottom installation holes used to attach the base to the window frame. Thank you!
