Your photos show an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092 Roto operator. Unfortunately, the link arm that attaches the operator to the window sash was discontinued by Roto, so you would need to reuse the original. Take a look and review the related items shown on our product pages for these operator assembelies. Thank you!
