Broken crank and mechanism in 16yo casement window

wondering if you could help me with these items. The folding crank has Us Pat 361490 Truth markings. From your website, I figured it is your item part code 39 205. The rest I do not know. The spline (?) has a broken thread and would need replacing. But I could not find a matching operator cover on your website.
The window was installed 16 years ago and the company is no longer operating. I live in Melbourne, Australia and in need of support locating these part(s).
Any information will be highly welcome.

Your handle looks like it's still in good condition and can be reused. You need an all new operator, though. Once that worm gear comes out, it can't be repaired or replaced.

Start by looking at our 39-083. Look over the information we show on its store page to confirm that it's the same size as your original.
