Broken door crank

Question

Hi, so one of our cranks broke - it opens one of our side windows. I sent you a pic of the broken one and one of the one that still works. I think this is one of your products? If so, can you tell me what it is so that I can replace it?

Hi there Lopa.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The operator shown in your first and last photos are different from each other. Regarding the first photo, the 39-107FK should work for this operator if the spline is centered and 11/32".

Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement cover and handle for the operator in your last photo. I'm afraid the base is too small and nothing we sell can fit it. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
