Broken door handle

Question

The only name we can find is a sticker on the side of the door (in one of photos above) that says Herbst Lazar 1983 and the letter C. We purchased door in 2005 - possibly from Lowes

We don't have an exact match for this handle set, but we may still be able to help. You could consider our 40-058 handle set. The mounting hole spacing is the same, but you will have to adapt the striker plate on the door jamb for the new lock.
