Broken door handle on screen door

I am in need of a replacement door handle on my slider screen door. Here are the numbers listed on the door tag:

AAMA, Code S-082-1, 101/1.5.2.97, Series 850 SGD, MST 6068, NFRC 100/200, ASTM F842. Please let me know what the part number is so, I can order a replacement. Thank you in advance.
