Broken drawer slide support

Handy Person from New Hampshire
Hello. I live in a condo that was built in the mid-80's. This morning I awoke to find the drawer no longer supported with the left bracket broken in the back of the cabinet. Can you please help me determine which support I need to fix it? Unfortunately, the brackets are glued, rather that screwed in to the wall... The cabinets are commonly seen and originally were cream with a natural wood strip where you pull them open. We have painted them...
Apologies that the one photo is upside down...

Thanks for writing in. These old merillat brackets aren't made anymore, but they can be replaced with our 32-119 Bracket Pair. Keep in mind that you will need to drill new holes to install this bracket pair with screws. Let me know what you think.
