10 1/2 ' top to bottom,5/16' wide, marked CSE with a hexagon. Lever handle ,plus dead bolt .Brass finish

Hm... I'm not coming up with anything off the bat. Can you let me know how far apart the centers of the screw-holes are? You know, the ones that mount the handle to the door. I'd also like a photo so that I can see how the handle latches, and what shape it is. Can you send one?
