Broken exterior trim

Had a hailstorm damage the trim on 3 of a client's window. Want to know how to get the replacement pieces?

It looks like you need new snap-in glazing. We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to remove a piece and show us some clear pictures of an undamaged end profile to compare to our inventory.
