The first three pics are of the mechanism that is working. The last pic is of the broken gear which is visible because it pops out when you try to operate the open/close mechanism. The words TRUTH are printed on the arm that has the gear.

The pics were posted in reverse order from my upload, so the first pic is of the broken gear, and the other three are from a working open/close mechanism.
