Broken glide sockets

I need several of these. Patent#4930739 is on the plastic guide. Can you help me with replacement s?

Thanks for posting. We don't have an exact replacement for this bracket, but see our 32-119. Customers have had success replacing old brackets like yours with this pair. Just keep in mind that the 32-119 screws into the back of the cabinet, so you will have to drill holes. Compare the dimensions and see what you think.
