Broken guide and difficult balances

Home Owner
I have two windows which popped a sash guide (probably dried out) and the balances are extremely difficult to move.  I think I located the guides as the 5/8 Norandex variety, but I need to make sure I'm picking up the correct balances.  The only thing on the side of the balance is the stamp "2930", which I read is the spring strength.  I measured the actual metal body at 30" (without the ends).  I am attaching a bunch of photos to 1) make sure I'm correct that this is the Norandex guide and 2) see if you can point me in the right direction to order the correct balances.  Also is a photo of another window, with its guides and balances intact.  Thanks in advance!

I also wanted to note that these are non-tilt windows.
Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on these photos, your balance could be a match for the Series 380, Series 385, or Series 378. The best match depends on the depth of the shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below. You can also select the 2930 stamp option.

As for the top sash guide, we agree that the 18-161 looks like a good match for your old one.
