Broken handle

A quick learner from Charleston says:
Contractor screwed the screws to tight and my handle leading outside has snapped off. I'm having a hard time matching it up, hoping for some help. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in. This handle set looks like our 82-089. Just go over the dimensions to confirm it matches up. We also carry a keyed version of this handle set; see the 82-086. Note that this type of damage to a pull is indicative of sliding door tracks and rollers that need to be cleaned, or possibly even replaced. Inspect your rollers and tracks, and let us know if you have further questions.
