Broken handle

I recently ordered a replacement handle for this window, thinking that was what I needed to fix it. I ordered item # 39-375, Truth Folding Handle with Cover, and it is the correct handle, but evidently not what I need to fix the window. I've attached a picture showing what is broken. We had construction done in our kitchen and one of the workers tried to crank open the window without releasing the latch. The little gear inside was sheared off and now I have no clue what to order to fix it or even if I can fix it. Could you tell me if this is a part you can sell to me or if I am just stuck with a broken window. Thanks!
