Broken handle on one window

Question

Attached are the two windows... both have the same equipment but one has a broken handle so I can not open it.  I'd like to replace that broken one.  If just the handle can be replaced then I want that part.  If I have to replace the whole mechanism then I'd like to try and match it with the other one.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid you can't replace just the lever since it's built into the operator. You'd need a new assembly, which resembles the 39-069. We only sell this in bronze, however. Take a look at the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.
