Broken handle on window

A home owner from Foxboro says:
Hello,
Trying to figure out why handle does not work. Keeps slipping.
There appears to be a washer on the receptacle part of the hardware which is loose. Could that be the problem?
The number on the stone colored plastic cover is 7191B-33
Thank you.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

It sounds like the worm gear has stripped out. There's no repairing that, unfortunately; you'll need an all new operator.

We can help, but I'll need to see more of the operator itself. Your photos currently only show the base. Can you open the window and show me a top-down photo of the arms? That will be a huge help. Thanks!
