Broken hardware

We have a single hung sash window that our spiral balances broke. I ordered the spiral balances and my son replaced them for me. However, this part in the picture is broken off, I had a window company come out and they are telling me that those parts are no longer made and that I need a new window installed for $997.00. I see a part on your website that looks a lot like it. Please let me know.
