Broken hardware

Contractor from Coupeville, WA
I have a few windows with broken cranks and locking arms. I'd like to purchase new hardware and installation instructions?

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can see the arm of the crank operator.

We will also need to see the lock removed or the other side where we can see the attachment that engages to lock the window.

From there we can get a clearer idea of the overall style to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement option. Thank you!

Thank you,

Please review the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO operators to see how the dimensions compare. Please note we cannot supply the link arm that connects the operator arm to the window sash. This part will need to be reused for the new operators to function.

For the multi-point lock, please start by reviewing the 38-095, 38-096, 38-138 or 38-139 to see how they match up to your original. Compare the overall dimensions and the projection of the fork.

Let us know if you have any additional questions!
