Broken hinge

Question

I have no knowledge of fixing windows, I think is the hinge need to be replaced. Is the size universal?? I cannot find them in hardware stores. Please help.

Hello, Nelson. The size isn't strictly speaking universal, but you do have a lot of wiggle room. I recommend the 36-048. I believe this will work for you as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
