Broken hinge arm?

Quick Learner from So California
The attached photos are with hinge still mounted on the window. I can take it off if necessary. The reverse side shows an imprint of "30128". I believe my hinge arm and sliding shoe need to be replaced. I can provide more pictures of you need them. Thanks for your help!

Hey there!

The 36-048 comes to mind. This comes with the track slider shoe you're referring to. Please note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Take a look and see if you think the specifications could work for you.

Two questions arise:
1. The length of your product appears to be approx 1 inch longer. Will this be a problem?
2. The holes used to secure the hinge on to the window appear to be different that the currently available holes. Will I have to drill new hole(s)?
Thanks for your help!

No that shouldn't be an issue as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges. Yes, if our installation holes don't align with yours, you'd have to drill new ones.
