Broken hinge connector

Question

The black plastic part on another window that is not easy to access for pictures is broken.

The part connects the hinge to the window. We are also missing a screw. There are 2 screw that connect the black piece to the window.

We do not know how the hinge is connected to the black piece.

Please let us know if you have replacement parts.
