Broken hinge shoe for top of a Pella Casement Window (24" x 54", installed new in 1990)

A home owner from Santa Fe, NM says:
We have been removing, cleaning and repainting our Pella wooden casement windows purchased in 1990. During re-installation of one of the windows, the nylon slider on a hinge shoe for the top of the window broke in two places. See the uploaded photos. Would you happen to have a replacement for the nylon hinge shoe, or the entire hinge. It is a right opening window (FCR). We're desperate as we can't install the window without this part. Thank you!!

This looks like the 39-363 Pella Plate Hinge Shoe. For Pella hinges, see our selection here.
