Trying to best replace the broken latch and I am figuring the deadlock . The other picture is a stabilizer , I think.

Hello,

It looks like you have older Andersen hardware but our more modern replacements should still work for you. If you just need the latch and deadlock, see our 82-043 and 82-037. We've also related our Andersen pulls for you. Thank you!

That looks to be a stationary door clip. Our 82-059 is a good bet, since it's Andersen brand and looks so similar, though it is currently out of stock. I apologize for the inconvenience.
