Broken latches

Question

The tab on top of latch is broken on several of our double hung windows. If you manually place the tab on top of the latch mechanism you are able to slide the interior latch and tilt the window.
How can I replace/fix my windows???

Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact replacement for the thumb lever you have pictured here. Although, there is a chance that we may have a solution that could work for you.

I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged latch removed from the window. You'll also need an undamaged latch to confirm accurate measurements to ensure the latch will be a fit.
