Broken latches on casement windows

I was referred to you by the CertainTeed Window Warranty Services Department located in Jackson, MI. I had submitted a warranty claim (with photos) for broken latches on my casement windows. I believe they were manufactured by CertainTeed, although there are no markings on the windows showing any product information. The claim was denied because the windows were installed in 1991 and the warranty is good for only 5 years.

Please find attached four of the photos I submitted. I would like to replace all four latches on my two casement windows. Can you please provide me with price and availability information on these latches? I did not see them in your on-line catalog be perhaps I overlooked them.
