Broken latch/lock assembly on Cascade sliding glass door

I am looking for a replacement latch/lock assembly for this door.
Winpro 9700 - Patio Door 60610 XO.

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock looks like the 82-226. For a handle set see the 82-030.
